As you can see, this promotion is relatively straight-forward.
Simply book an eligible stay before April 9, 2020, at Mandarin Oriental and stay between January 2, 2020 and April 15, 2020 using your American Express card.

One thing to note is some participating properties come with a complimentary 3rd night, others come with a complimentary 4th night (see the lists below).
