Fans of Mandarin Oriental rejoice! We got cool news this week on the hotel loyalty program front, as Mandarin Oriental launches its brand new loyalty program.

Mandarin Oriental Launches Its New Loyalty Program, “Fans Of MO”

Not be be confused with the Mandarin Oriental Fans marketing campaign, “Fans of MO” is the name of Mandarin Oriental’s loyalty program.

Its different from other programs in that there is no system to earn points or status, rather, just benefits for being a member. Some of the benefits are pretty great indeed.

The Benefits Of Joining:

Just for joining Fans of MO, you’ll receive the free wifi, access to member deals such as “luxury breaks” credits, and welcome amenities.

The Privileges Of Fans of MO:

In addition, if you book your stay online at Mandarin Oriental, you’ll also be eligible to select 2 additional privileges from the list below.

What’s more, when you join you’ll have access to additional members-only exclusive bookings which come with even more privileges such as breakfast for a second guest, celebratory treat, pressing services and more.

Stackable with Amex Offer:

Don’t forget, American Express currently has an Amex Offer out where you can save $100 off of a $500 stay at Mandarin Oriental. You can “stack” this Amex Offer with the benefits and privileges like free breakfast and dining or spa credits.

You’ll have to hurry though, this Amex Offer must be used to pay for a stay before it expires 3/11/18.

The Bottom Line:  Mandarin Oriental Launches Its New Loyalty Program, “Fans Of MO”

It’s great that Mandarin Oriental is launching a program like this. Even though it doesn’t come with points or status, this program still provides lucrative benefits and privileges that will undoubtedly enhance your experience at their hotels.

The best part is it’s free! At least for now. Which means I’d recommend signing up for this sooner than later before they possibly decide to start charging a membership fee.

Cheers!
