About Cha La Wan Pale Ale (Thailand)

This Thai beer is a product of the Full Moon Brewworks out of Patong Beach, Phuket, Thailand.

Had I known that, I would have stopped by.

Cha La Wan Pale Ale Description

This American Pale Ale style beer poured a golden-amber color with unexpectedly frothy head.

To be sure, it was hoppy, but with a smooth bitterness that was balanced by the fruity notes of lychee.

Review: Cha La Wan Beer (Thailand)

This was simply a great beer.

Smooth, light-to-medium bodied, with a complex flavor that evolved inside of every sip.

This was an excellent beer that makes me want to see what else Full Moon Brewworks has brewing.

The Bottom-Line: 4.25/5.
